How We Do It
We incorporate state of the art planetary head machines, weighted stone grinders, polishers, and high speed burnishers (polishers).
We use only the very finest available quality diamond abrasives, polish powers, and impregnators.
To insure the best quality polish and protection available Wilson Stoneworks takes no short cuts (i.e. crystallization fluids or compounds) which are a shortcut others may use that leave a (plastic) shine and leave stone in an unbreathable condition, many times resulting in spalling (a condition of chipping/ flaking on the stone surface).
We fill all voids or existing spalling with custom color matched epoxy, polyester, or cementious fill as application requires We also take the extra time to painstakingly, tape, mask,and protect all surrounding walls, cabinetry, etc. leaving you with that 'cant tell they were here feeling.

In the last fifteen years our work has been primarily on upscale multi-million dollar residentials where complete perfection is a must.
Our work has been shown in several national publications including “Open House” magazine (3) times, and Florida Architecture. Our motto has always been “you can have done right, or done right now,” so if you want it “cheap” and “right now” we are probably not your crew.
Our History
We began originally in 1991 in the marble installation field. During the mid 1990’s, with the onslaught of saturnia, travertine, and limestone flooring craze, we began looking for a way to make our installations set apart from the others. That’s when we bought our first machines and began to “on site” grind hone and polish our stone floors, resulting in many award winning installations that others could not come close to duplicating.
Then the South FLorida market became so flooded with “tile setters” attempting stone installations and we were called upon so often to fix bad installations that a focus on stone restoration was a natural crossover for us.
