While surface dirt can be removed with most household cleaners, many cases of build-up require a much deeper cleaning. Tile and grout needs to be periodically cleaned and sealed to remain functional, clean, and as beautiful as when it was installed.
Cleaning and "Clear Sealing"
Our process to clean, seal, and protect your tile and grout is efficient and effective. First, we apply a non-toxic pH-neutral cleaner to your tile and grout. Then, we deep clean your tile and grout by machine with a high-speed, yet gentle scrubber to extract dirt. For particularly stubborn areas, vapor steam cleaning may be used. Finally, we apply Sir Grout's Proprietary Tile Armor to seal and protect against stains and spills. Tile Armor is a nontoxic and water-based protectant that is safe for families and pets.

Our machines and products leave even the toughest tile looking bright and fresh, deep cleaning dirt and grime to a level that regular maintenance cleaning cannot accomplish. Applying Clear Seal protects against future staining and allows tile and grout to be cleaned more easily. Please be advised in some cases, extremely tough stains may not be possible to remove even with our materials. Clear Seal must be re-applied approximately every 12-24 hours for full protection and shine.
